● Product has technical issues not resolved after 5 repair attempts.

2. Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:

● Product has been used, is dirty, old, or damaged.

● Missing invoice or related documents.

● Discounted or promotional items.

● Request made after the order was accepted and received.

3. Time & Process:

● Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery, before the invoice is issued.
